GROUP CLASSES

We have an action packed group class timetable throughout the week, with a variety of different classes on offer in our own unique way.

 

Our classes are designed for anyone to join in with, no matter what your background is in fitness.

 

Our experienced trainers carefully plan each group session to make them effective, challenging and fun throughout.

 

We offer different types of group classes, they are as follows:

LEAN

Our 45 minute Lean classes will be using resistance training designed to boost metabolism combined with HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) to shape, tone and shred.

 

Our most popular all round sessions.

FIT 30

These 30 minute classes are a mix of aerobic and anaerobic cardio conditioning plus bodyweight training to build fitness, endurance and burn calories. It will be short bursts of high intensity exercises, designed for all abilities. Each class will be varied and different so you never do the same class twice, keeping it fun and interesting. 

FIT 45

These 45 minute classes are a mix of aerobic and anaerobic cardio conditioning plus bodyweight training to build fitness, endurance and burn calories. It will be short bursts of high intensity exercises, designed for all abilities. Each class will be varied and different so you never do the same class twice, keeping it fun and interesting.

BOX FIT

Our 45 minute Box Fit class will be a combination of cardio, core and boxing. Each session is designed differently to keep each one interesting and challenging, You can come on your own to this class or with a partner, completely your choice.  

FOCUSED 45

Our Focused 45 classes will focus on a certain area of the body for the  full 45 minutes, for example legs, core, upper body, cardio. 

These classes will be a combination of various training methods designed to specifically target those areas.

Regularly clients will have requests which we will always try and incorporate into these sessions. 

STRONG

Our 45 minute strong classes will work your entire body by strength training using conventional and non-conventional movements. This session will help you build a strong, balanced and toned body.

These classes are 45 minutes in length and welcome all ages and abilities. Each session will vary from week to week so you never know what you are walking in to. This is so it stays interesting and fun, which is what exercise needs to be in order for it to be a part of your life so we can help you achieve your goals. 

BOX STRONG

Due to popular demand we have aded boxing into our weekly timetable permanently.

This 45 minute class will be a combination of various methods of resistance training and boxing, giving you a good workout.
